We are hiring Candidate Engagement & Digital Marketing Executives to support candidate communication, digital content creation, social media engagement, and marketing campaigns.

Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad

Mode: Work from Office

Duration: 3 months, extendable

Work Timings:

- 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Communication & Professional Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to communicate confidently with candidates and build professional relationships.
- Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive communication, and follow-up capabilities.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging messages and content.
- Proactive approach with robust ownership, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations, tasks, and deadlines effectively.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation Skills:

- Interest in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Ability to create engaging messages, headlines, captions, promotional content, and calls to action.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Willingness to use tools such as Canva and AI-powered content creation platforms.
- Ability to create attractive digital posters, campaign creatives, and marketing mailers.

What You'll Work On

1. Candidate Engagement & Communication

- Reach out to prospective candidates through email, phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and other communication channels.
- Maintain candidate engagement through timely and personalized follow-ups.
- Follow up on assessments, interviews, documentation, and onboarding activities.




- Build positive candidate relationships through professional and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate follow-up trackers and ensure timely completion of pending actions.

2. Digital Campaigns & Creative Content

- Create digital posters, campaign creatives, marketing mailers, and promotional content.
- Convert campaign briefs and business ideas into engaging communication materials.
- Develop creative headlines, taglines, messages, and calls to action.
- Use Canva and AI-powered tools to create high-quality marketing assets.
- Collaborate with the team to execute campaigns that improve awareness and engagement.

3. Social Media & Community Engagement

- Support ZettaMine's social media presence by creating and publishing engaging content.
- Develop posts, captions, polls, questions, and interactive content.
- Identify relevant trends, topics, and conversations for the target audience.
- Respond to comments and messages professionally and promptly.
- Track engagement and suggest ideas to improve social media reach and audience interaction.

Good to Have

- Experience managing college clubs, student communities, social media pages, or campus events.
- A portfolio of digital posters, presentations, social media posts, blogs, or other creative work.
- Familiarity with Canva, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
- Experience creating promotional content, email campaigns, or candidate outreach messages.
- Previous experience in digital marketing, content creation, recruitment coordination, or community management.

Note: Prior digital marketing experience is an advantage, but we value communication skills, creativity, initiative, and willingness to learn over an extensive résumé.
