Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage our digital marketing activities across Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. The candidate will be responsible for running advertising campaigns, managing social media platforms, coordinating with influencers, and creating engaging video content to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns, including Facebook and Instagram Ads.

Manage Shipowl’s Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube accounts.

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and reach.

Create content ideas, reels, videos, and social media posts for different platforms.

Coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations and promotional campaigns.

Plan and manage influencer marketing campaigns,



including video creation and content delivery.

Monitor ad performance, analyze campaign results, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.

Prepare regular reports on ad spend, reach, engagement, leads, and campaign performance.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and advertising strategies.

Manage end-to-end digital marketing activities to support the company’s growth.

Required Skills

1–2 years of practical experience in digital marketing and social media management.

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Facebook/Instagram advertising.

Valuable understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content management.

Experience in influencer outreach, collaboration, and coordination.

Knowledge of reels, short-form videos, and content creation strategies.

Basic understanding of campaign analytics, audience targeting, and ad optimization.

Good communication, creativity, and coordination skills.
