Title - Digital Learning & LMS Content Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Digital Learning & LMS Content Lead to oversee and manage both the e-learning content development and technology integration of our Learning Management System (LMS). This role is perfect for an individual with a strong blend of instructional design, content management, and technical expertise who can collaborate with various teams to deliver engaging, effective, and accessible learning experiences for our employees.

The LMS Content and Technology Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining content within the LMS platform, ensuring that learning solutions are aligned with organizational goals. The successful candidate will also manage the technical aspects of the LMS, driving innovations, integrations, and enhancements to improve user experience and learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Management & Design:

- Lead the creation, development, and deployment of learning content, ensuring that materials are aligned with organizational learning objectives.
- Develop and implement a content strategy to ensure timely delivery of relevant, engaging, and effective e-learning modules, training programs, and certifications.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop content for various learning needs, such as technical watch makings, Brand & product trainings, compliance training, leadership development, and soft skills.
- Evaluate existing training content for quality, relevancy, and effectiveness, recommending updates or new content where necessary.
- Apply best practices in instructional design and adult learning principles to create learner-centred experiences.

Technology & LMS Management:

- Oversee the administration and technical management of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring smooth operation, user access,



and system functionality.
- Implement and manage integrations with other HR or performance systems, ensuring a seamless experience for learners and administrators.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the LMS platform, collaborating with internal IT teams or external vendors when needed.
- Stay updated on new trends in learning technologies and suggest innovative solutions to improve the LMS infrastructure, user experience, and learning outcomes.
- Generate reports on learner progress, completion rates, and system usage to provide insights into the effectiveness of learning initiatives.

User Support & Training:

- Provide support to learners, content creators, and administrators on the effective use of the LMS, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth access to training resources.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for internal users, including employees, managers, and HR personnel, to enhance understanding and use of the LMS platform.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by advising on learning technologies and methodologies that enhance knowledge sharing and retention.

Project Management:

- Lead cross-functional teams to manage the deployment of learning technologies and content-related projects from inception to completion.
- Work closely with Brand team, Merchandise team, HR, and other relevant departments to align learning initiatives with broader organizational goals and strategies.
- Coordinate content reviews, system upgrades,



and other LMS-related projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in managing LMS platforms, instructional design, and content development.
- Previous experience in leading LMS administration and supporting both content creation and technical aspects of the platform.
- Knowledge of LMS tools/ LXP with interactive UI/UX
- Experience with content authoring tools is a must, e.g., Articulate 360, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Canva, etc

Technical Skills:

- Solid understanding of LMS systems and administration.
- Familiarity with integration tools and technologies (e.g., APIs, single sign-on, SCORM, Tin Can/xAPI, LTI).
- Proficiency in creating and editing multimedia learning content, such as videos, podcasts, and interactive modules.

Skills & Abilities:

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and delivery timelines.
- Robust communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights to improve learning initiatives.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical and operational issues in a timely manner.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Instructional Design (e.g., ATD, ADDIE, or similar).
- Experience in Learning Analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with gamification, mobile learning, or AR/VR for training.
- Experience with agile project management methodologies.
