GOSH DIGITAL (goshdigital.co) helps ecommerce brands in the US, UK, and Europe grow through email/SMS marketing, paid ads, content, and automation. We are a small team working directly with founders.

About the role

We are looking for curious, quick-learning freshers who are serious about digital marketing. No prior experience is needed, and training is provided. Drive to learn, attention to detail, and transparent English are required.

Responsibilities

•

- Help plan and set up email/SMS ecommerce campaigns

•
- Support Meta and Google Ads by building campaigns, reporting, and preparing creative briefs

•
- Research brands, competitors, and customer trends

•
- Write and proofread email, ad, and social copy

•
- Use AI for research, writing, and reporting

•
- Perform QA before client delivery

•
- Collaborate with design, content, and campaign teams

Requirements

•
- Graduate in any subject; marketing, business, or communication is a plus, not mandatory

•




- Strong written and spoken English

•
- Fast, independent learner

•
- Comfortable with computers, Google Sheets, and online tools

•
- Interest in ecommerce, social media, ads, and AI

•
- Reliable, organized, and owns their work

•
- Available full-time, in office in Kottayam

Optional

•
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot certificates

•
- Blog, social media work, or a personal project
