We’re looking for a DevSecOps & Data Engineer to keep a up-to-date data platform secure, automated and reliable for a US-based investment management client. You’ll own environments, deployments, access and monitoring, and contribute hands-on to Snowflake, dbt and Fivetran pipelines under the offshore data lead.

What you’ll do

- Set up and maintain dev, UAT and production data environments with controlled access
- Build Git workflows, PR checks and CI/CD for dbt, Snowflake changes and integration components
- Automate provisioning with infrastructure-as-code
- Implement Snowflake roles, service identities, masking and least-privilege access
- Manage secrets securely, with rotation and no credentials in code or logs
- Monitor Fivetran, dbt runs and Snowflake workloads; set up alerts, recovery procedures and cost tracking
- Run deployments,



rollbacks, incident response, RCAs and runbooks, and keep audit evidence

What you bring

- 5+ years in cloud or data engineering, with CI/CD and platform security experience
- Strong SQL and scripting; Snowflake administration or engineering
- Experience deploying dbt projects and supporting scheduled pipelines and Fivetran
- Practical RBAC, service accounts, secrets management, logging and monitoring

Nice to have: Azure, Entra ID, Key Vault, Terraform, Python, Profisee, Power BI deployment ops, relevant certifications, regulated financial services experience.

Overlap with US Central business hours is required.
