Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in the Pune Division and involves operating and monitoring Die Face Cutter machines and Twin Screw Extruders in a production environment.

The Die Face Cutter Machine

Operator / Twin Screw Extruder Operator will set up equipment, adjust process parameters, and ensure consistent product quality according to production specifications. Daily tasks include loading raw materials, overseeing the extrusion and cutting process, performing routine inspections, and recording production data. The role also requires basic troubleshooting of equipment issues, coordination with quality and maintenance teams, and adherence to safety, housekeeping, and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications

- Hands-on skills in operating Twin Screw Extruders and Die Face Cutter machines, including setup, parameter adjustment, and basic troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of polymer processing,



thermoplastic materials, and extrusion process controls, with the ability to interpret production specifications and quality standards.
- Experience with shop-floor safety practices, use of measuring tools, and adherence to standard operating procedures and documentation requirements.
- Ability to monitor production output, identify defects, and collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to maintain consistent product quality.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and readiness to work in shifts in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience in plastics or polymer extrusion operations is preferred; vocational training or diploma/ITI in mechanical, plastics, or related field is an advantage.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to follow written instructions and complete production logs accurately.
