- Minimum 8+ years of IT experience
- Minimum 2-3 Years Experience in Team Lead
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting the hardware & software issues.
- Installation & configuration of the IT assets, printer, Audio-Video devices
- Vendor Management, Asset Management, Escalation Management
- Knowledge of SCCM, MS Intune, and O365 is an advantage.
- Work as an Individual contributor, team player and should oversee all the IT operations.
- Should be available during weekend activities (Server/Network/Vendor)
- Valuable Communication skills, Languages English, Hindi
- Shift timings – 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST, Monday to Friday
