Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer –

- GRC/IRM Solutions to design, develop, configure, and implement enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in ServiceNow IRM modules, workflow automation, platform development, integrations, and risk management frameworks to support organizational compliance, operational resilience, and governance initiatives.

The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, security teams, risk and compliance leaders, and development teams to deliver scalable, high-quality, and business-aligned ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow GRC / IRM Development
- Design, configure, customize, and support ServiceNow IRM/GRC applications and solutions.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer flows, and workflows.
- Configure and enhance the following ServiceNow IRM modules:
- Policy &
- Compliance Management
- Risk Management
- Audit Management
- Vendor Risk Management (VRM)
- Business Continuity Management (BCM)
- Operational Resilience
- Develop custom applications and solutions to extend ServiceNow IRM capabilities.
- Configure risk assessments, control testing, policy attestations, issue management, remediation workflows, and exception management processes.





Workflow Automation &
- Platform Configuration

- Build and maintain automation solutions using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow automation capabilities.
- Configure forms, related lists, notifications, approvals, record producers, and catalog items.
- Develop and optimize risk, compliance, audit, and vendor management workflows.
- Implement role-based access controls (ACLs), security controls, and data governance requirements.

Integrations &
- Technical Development

- Design and develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party governance, compliance, audit, and security applications.
- Support data migration, transformation, and synchronization activities across enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform, application, and integration-related issues.

Reporting &
- Analytics

- Develop dashboards, reports, scorecards, and compliance metrics for risk and governance teams.
- Create executive-level reporting for risk visibility, audit readiness, vendor assessments, and compliance monitoring.
- Support Performance Analytics and KPI reporting initiatives.

Collaboration &
- Delivery

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in solution design discussions, sprint planning, code reviews, testing, and release management.
- Support SIT, UAT, production deployments, and post-production activities.




- Collaborate with architects, security teams, auditors, compliance teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.

Required Qualifications

Experience

- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
