Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-line technical support to users experiencing hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related problems, including operating system errors, application failures, and network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, including hardware and software components.
- Assist users with the setup and configuration of new devices and peripherals.
- Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
