Role Description The Deputy Manager – Quality Assurance is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, implementing and monitoring QA standards, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations across production and supply chains. The position includes developing and updating quality documentation, conducting audits and inspections, analyzing quality data, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions with cross-functional teams.

Manager – Quality Assurance will collaborate closely with operations, technical, and sustainability teams to maintain product consistency, improve quality performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves training team members on QA procedures, supporting certifications,



and contributing to digitalization and process optimization efforts within the quality function.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in quality assurance and quality control methodologies, including familiarity with QA frameworks, standards, and continuous improvement practices.
- Experience with audits, inspections, and compliance processes, preferably within manufacturing, construction materials, or a related industrial environment.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret quality metrics, and use problem-solving tools to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Competence in process documentation, procedure development, and maintaining quality manuals and records to meet regulatory and certification requirements.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Proficiency with digital tools and systems used for quality management, reporting, and process tracking; experience with ERP or QMS software is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, industrial management, or a related technical discipline; advanced certifications in quality (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO-related training) are beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
- Awareness of sustainability principles and interest in supporting low‑carbon and circular product initiatives within a quality assurance context.
