Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute statutory audit engagements for clients across diverse industries.
- Review financial statements, audit documentation, and working papers to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct analytical reviews, substantive testing, and assessments of internal controls, identifying risks and areas for improvement.
- Manage audit assignments independently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain audit information, resolve queries, discuss findings, and maintain effective client relationships.
- Review audit observations, identify financial reporting risks, and assist in preparing audit reports with actionable recommendations.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise junior team members, ensuring quality of work and timely completion of assignments.
- Monitor engagement progress, resource allocation, and timelines across multiple audit assignments.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards,



auditing practices, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–6 years of relevant experience in statutory audit.
- Strong understanding of statutory audit procedures, accounting standards, financial reporting, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Experience in managing audit assignments, reviewing working papers, and handling client interactions independently.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams, review deliverables, and manage multiple assignments within deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with audit software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail, qualified integrity, and commitment to delivering high-quality audit services.
