Role Description The Deputy Manager will oversee day-to-day operations related to MSME lending, including credit assessment, proposal evaluation, and portfolio monitoring. This full-time, in office role in Begusarai involves managing branch or regional performance, guiding team members, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include tracking key performance indicators, preparing reports, supporting risk management processes,

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of MSME lending, credit appraisal, and portfolio management, with the ability to analyze financial statements and business viability.
- Experience in branch or team management, including performance tracking, goal setting, and coaching team members toward achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction, relationship building, and stakeholder coordination.
- Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services, with attention to risk management and internal controls.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic data analysis for reporting, monitoring, and decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in NBFCs, banks, or MSME-focused financial institutions is highly beneficial.
