About the RoleMagi Metals Trading Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Dealing Desk Associate to join our Precious Metals Trading team in Kochi.

The ideal candidate should have experience in trading operations, order execution, market monitoring, and risk management, with a strong understanding of global financial markets and precious metals.

Key Responsibilities

- Trade Execution: Execute buy and sell orders for precious metals and commodities accurately and efficiently.
- Order Management: Monitor trading orders, track execution status, and ensure timely processing.
- Market Analysis: Follow global gold, silver, commodity, and currency markets and provide relevant market insights.
- Client & Broker Coordination: Communicate with clients, brokers, and internal teams regarding trading activities and order status.
- Risk Management: Monitor open positions, trading exposure, and compliance with internal risk policies.
- Trading Platform Monitoring: Ensure smooth functioning of trading systems and coordinate the resolution of technical issues.
- Daily Reconciliation: Reconcile trading accounts, transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and balances.
- Reporting:



Maintain accurate trade records and prepare daily trading and management reports.
- Global Market Awareness: Stay updated on international economic developments, central bank decisions, geopolitical events, and their impact on precious metals.

Qualifications & Skills✅ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Commerce, or a related field. ✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a commodity trading firm, commercial brokerage, precious metals trading, or financial markets.

✅ Familiarity with trading platforms and financial software.

✅ Positive understanding of gold, silver, and international financial markets.

✅ Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

✅ Excellent English communication and coordination skills.

✅ Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and make timely decisions.
