About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Data Science Engineer who can bridge data science, machine learning, and production AI systems. You’ll build intelligent models and AI-powered workflows that turn large volumes of company, market, web, and sales data into actionable insights. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ML solutions from research and experimentation all the way to production.

What You’ll Do:

- Design, develop, and productionize machine learning and AI models for market and sales intelligence.
- Build predictive models for company intelligence, lead scoring, prospect prioritisation, recommendations, and classification.
- Develop LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, and AI-agent workflows.
- Work with structured and unstructured data, including APIs, web data, CRM data, and third-party datasets.
- Build feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and inference pipelines.
- Develop and optimise embeddings, semantic search, ranking, and retrieval systems.
- Experiment with LLMs and modern ML techniques and convert successful experiments into reliable production systems.
- Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to build scalable data pipelines and high-quality training datasets.
- Work with product and business teams to translate real-world sales problems into measurable ML solutions.
- Monitor model performance, data quality, drift, and production behaviour.
- Improve model accuracy,



latency, scalability, and cost.
- Contribute to the architecture and technical direction of the company’s AI platform.

Must have

- 5–8 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Applied AI, or a closely related field.
- Strong Python and SQL skills.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data science fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience taking ML models from experimentation to production.
- Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
- Strong experience working with large, messy, real-world datasets.
- Experience with feature engineering, model evaluation, experimentation, and optimisation.
- Robust understanding of ML system design and productionization.

Strong plus:

- Experience building LLM applications, RAG systems, or AI agents.
- Experience with embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and reranking.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, or open-source LLM ecosystems.
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, CI/CD, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Experience working with CRM, sales intelligence, market research, or firmographic data.
- Experience building recommendation, ranking, entity-resolution, or information-retrieval systems.
