We’re hiring a hands-on Senior Data Integration Engineer to lead offshore data engineering delivery for a US-based investment management client.

You’ll own ingestion and transformation delivery on Fivetran, Snowflake and dbt, and coordinate MDM, reporting and platform work with the onshore architect and project manager.

What you’ll do

- Own offshore data engineering estimates, task allocation, dependencies, progress reporting and delivery commitments
- Build and maintain Fivetran ingestion and approved file/API pipelines; manage incremental loads, schema changes, failed loads and recovery
- Develop Snowflake Bronze, Silver and Gold datasets and modular dbt models with documented dependencies
- Implement source-to-target mappings, reconciliation, incremental processing, historical data handling and dimensional models
- Own pipeline data quality through dbt tests, completeness and freshness checks, and remediation tracking
- Review code and designs across the offshore team and enforce engineering standards
- Coordinate Snowflake and Profisee data flows with the MDM engineer, and trusted reporting datasets with the BI engineer




- Maintain technical metadata, documentation and lineage
- Coordinate integration testing, defect resolution, deployment readiness and production handover

What you bring

- 8+ years in data engineering, including 2+ years leading delivery teams
- Strong SQL, Snowflake data engineering, dbt development and Fivetran ingestion
- At least two production data platform implementations delivered, including source reconciliation and operational handover
- dbt models, tests, documentation, incremental strategies, Git workflows and performance tuning
- Working knowledge of MDM integration patterns, data governance controls and Power BI data requirements
- Robust written and verbal communication and ownership of assigned work

Nice to have: financial services or investment data (customer, account, advisor, sales), Profisee, Dynamics 365 integrations, Python, Azure DevOps, Snowflake or dbt certification, consulting or SI delivery experience.

- Overlap with US Central business hours is required.
