Data Engineer — AI & Market Intelligence

Location: Bangalore / Hybrid A fast-growing AI company building intelligent market research and sales intelligence solutions powered by AI agents. Its platform helps sales teams turn real-time market, company, and CRM data into actionable insights and recommendations.

We’re looking for a Data Engineer to build and scale data infrastructure powering AI agents for market research and sales intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

- Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, SQL, dbt/Airflow or similar.
- Design and optimise Snowflake data warehouses, schemas, and data models.
- Integrate CRM, APIs, web/firmographic, and third-party market data.
- Build data layers supporting RAG, embeddings, vector search, and AI agents.
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, monitoring, and pipeline reliability.




- Partner with AI/ML engineers to make high-quality data accessible to agentic workflows.
- Optimise Snowflake performance and cloud data costs.

Must Have

- 5–8 years of Data Engineering experience.
- Robust SQL + Python.
- Strong hands-on Snowflake experience.
- Experience with dbt/Airflow/Fivetran or similar.
- Strong understanding of data modelling and cloud data platforms.
- Experience handling structured and semi-structured data.

Good to Have

- Experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or AI agents.
- Salesforce/HubSpot or other CRM integrations.
- Snowflake Cortex, Pinecone, pgvector, or similar.
- Experience in B2B sales tech, market intelligence, or SaaS.

Compensation: Up to ₹45 LPA, based on experience and skills.
