Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled D365 F&O; Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Finance and Supply Chain Management modules. The role will be responsible for business requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, change management, user acceptance testing (UAT), and supporting global ERP rollouts across multiple legal entities and regions.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in complex, multi-country ERP environments and possess strong stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Solution Design

- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into scalable D365 F&O; solutions.




- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and solution specifications for enhancements and customizations.
- Evaluate business processes and recommend best practices aligned with Microsoft Dynamics capabilities.

D365 F&O; Configuration & Support
- Configure and support Finance modules including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets
- Cash & Bank Management
- Intercompany Accounting
- Support Supply Chain and Procurement processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
- Manage production support issues and ensure timely resolution.

Change Requests & Enhancements
- Lead end-to-end Change Request (CR) lifecycle management.
- Perform impact analysis and solution design.
- Coordinate development activities with internal technical teams and external vendors.
- Ensure successful deployment and sign-off of enhancements.

Testing & User Adoption
- Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution.
- Create test scenarios, scripts, and validation documents.
- Coordinate defect resolution and business sign-offs.
- Support user training and adoption initiatives.

Global ERP Rollouts
- Support implementation and rollout of current legal entities.




- Participate in regional deployments across:
- APAC
- MENA
- EMEA
- LATAM
- North America
- Ensure compliance with regional business and statutory requirements.

Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted partner for Finance and Supply Chain stakeholders.
- Work closely with business SPOCs, implementation partners, and vendors.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications & Experience

10+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) and/or AX 2012.

Strong functional expertise in

- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets
- Intercompany Accounting
- Procurement & P2P Processes
- Experience working in multi-entity, multi-country ERP environments.
- Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain operations.
- Experience managing business stakeholders, implementation partners, and vendors.
- Knowledge of Microsoft licensing models across Finance and Supply Chain applications.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; Certification.
- Experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or Supply Chain industries.
- Exposure to Azure integrations, third-party system integrations, and middleware platforms.
- Experience with e-Invoicing, tax, and statutory compliance requirements across multiple geographies.
- Experience working within GCC or Shared Services environments.
