Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)

Fery Rides is a women-focused ride service in Delhi-NCR. We provide protected and reliable travel through electric scooties and cabs driven by women.

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Support Executive who can help customers with their queries, bookings, complaints, and other ride-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle customer queries through phone calls and WhatsApp.

· Help customers with ride bookings, cancellations, and refund requests.

· Resolve customer complaints and ride-related issues.

· Coordinate with Sister Partners and the operations team.

· Follow up on pending issues until they are resolved.





· Maintain records of customer queries and complaints.

· Ensure customers receive timely and helpful support.

Skills Required

· Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

· Basic computer knowledge.

· A polite, patient, and helpful attitude.

· Good problem-solving and coordination skills.

· Ability to handle multiple queries responsibly.

Eligibility

· Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, telecalling, or a similar role.

· Experience in transportation, travel, or ride-hailing services is an advantage.

· Freshers are not eligible for this position.
