Customer Support Executive — Telugu Voice Process

Omnia Core is recruiting 100 Customer Support Executives on behalf of a BPO client in Mysuru.

Position Details

- Location: Mysuru, Karnataka
- Work arrangement: On-site
- Salary: ₹18,000 per month
- Shifts: Rotational
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
- Employment: On the client’s payroll

Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls in Telugu professionally.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate assistance.
- Record customer interactions and update system records.
- Follow process guidelines and escalate unresolved issues.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and service quality.

Requirements

- Fluent spoken Telugu.




- Explicit communication and good listening skills.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts from the Mysuru office.
- Successful completion of the client’s communication assessment.
