Role Description The Customer Service Sales Specialist is a full-time,in offie Saket Current Delhi, responsible for supporting customers and driving sales of the company’s product portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling incoming customer inquiries, providing product information, and recommending suitable solutions to meet client requirements. The role involves maintaining regular phone and in-person communication with customers, processing orders, coordinating with the sales and logistics teams, and ensuring timely delivery.

The specialist will also follow up on leads,



assist with pricing and quotations, manage customer records, and help resolve issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely assistance.

- Comfort working on-site in New Delhi and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in common office software and willingness to learn company-specific systems and processes.
