Role Description The Customer Service Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products and services. The associate will identify customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and promote relevant offerings to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Daily responsibilities include managing calls and emails, updating customer records in the CRM system,



processing orders, and following up to ensure a positive customer experience. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to address complex requests and meeting defined service and sales targets.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.
- Sales and upselling abilities, with experience in meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Clear and skilled verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or contact center tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage time effectively, and handle high-volume interactions.
- Prior experience in customer support, tele-sales, or a contact center environment is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
