About the Role The ORN Customer Journey Advisor is a premium customer-facing sales role responsible for owning the customer journey from the first enquiry through booking, pre-departure readiness, travel support and post-travel engagement. You will be the single point of contact who guides customers to the right ORN journey and looks after them until they are back home and ready to travel again.

Key Responsibilities

Discover and recommend

- Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, budget and expectations.
- Recommend suitable ORN travel products and packages.
- Customise journeys based on customer requirements.

Advise and convert

- Explain itineraries, inclusions, pricing, documentation, visa and payment requirements.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Follow up consistently with interested customers.
- Drive enquiries towards booking and conversion.

Fulfil and support

- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in CRM.
- Coordinate with product and operations teams to ensure smooth customer fulfilment.
- Support pre-departure readiness.




- Handle customer queries and escalate issues appropriately.

Retain and grow

- Maintain solid customer relationships after booking.
- Identify repeat-travel and referral opportunities.

Who We Are Looking For

- Fresh graduates (any discipline) with a passion for travel and customer conversations.
- Excellent spoken communication in English; Kannada, Hindi or other regional languages are an advantage.
- Confident, warm and persuasive on calls, with a genuine interest in helping customers.
- Comfortable with target-driven work, follow-ups and using CRM tools.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple customers at once.
- Willing to work from the Bengaluru office.
