About the Role: As a Customer Journey Advisor, you will guide travelers through their journey from initial inquiry to post-trip feedback.

Your responsibilities will include: Handling customer interactions across multiple channels

Understanding customer requirements and providing suitable travel guidance

-Counselling customers on itineraries and travel options

-Resolving customer queries and concerns before, during, and after travel

-Coordinating with operations and local teams





-Monitoring journey milestones and ensuring a smooth customer experience

-Maintaining accurate customer interactions and records

-Escalating complex cases when required

-Contributing to continuous improvement of the customer journey

-What We’re Looking ForStrong customer interaction and customer support skills

-Excellent spoken and written English

-Solid customer service and problem-solving abilities

-Ability to counsel customers and support their decision-making

-Experience in travel, hospitality, sales, BPO, or other customer-facing roles is preferred

-Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools

-Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Attention to detail

Comfortable working in shifts aligned with international time zones
