Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management, SAM Pro Experience Tester.
- Experience in managing software asset lifecycle processes and compliance within enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of software configuration management and licensing models.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and automation within ServiceNow platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and capability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
