- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- Strong knowledge of data validation techniques and quality assurance processes within ETL workflows.
- Experience with test case design, execution, and defect tracking in data warehousing environments.
- Familiarity with database technologies and query languages to support testing activities.
- Ability to analyze complex data transformations and ensure data integrity throughout the ETL process.
- Skilled in collaborating with development and business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective testing solutions.
