About Finkraft

Finkraft is building a finance operating system that sits above global e-invoicing networks, connecting ERP, finance, travel, hospitality and payment systems to create a trusted source of truth for every invoice. With 1,270+ corporates served across India and the GCC, Finkraft is now building its next phase around global e-invoicing and financial infrastructure.

The Role

We are looking for a CTO to own the technology vision, architecture and engineering organization as Finkraft scales across countries and regulatory environments. This is a senior leadership role with ownership across technology, product, engineering, AI and technical strategy.

What You’ll Own

· Design and scale a multi-country, multi-tenant finance platform.

· Build integrations across ERP, PMS, travel, payment and e-invoicing systems.

· Lead data verification, reconciliation and invoice/dispute workflows.

· Ship the UAE e-invoicing product for the January 2027 go-live and support expansion into additional markets.

· Lead engineering hands-on as tech lead, then build and grow a high-performing engineering team.

· Define Finkraft’s AI strategy across product and engineering.

· Own security, permissions, reliability and auditability for enterprise customers.

· Partner with the founders on product, hiring, fundraising and company strategy.

Requirements





· 5–7 years of work experience as a hands-on engineer building production software, including tech lead experience: owning architecture, code reviews and delivery for an engineering team.

· Proven B2B product experience: has built and shipped B2B SaaS or enterprise products used by business customers.

· Deep expertise in backend architecture, APIs, integrations, data pipelines and cloud infrastructure.

· ERP experience with SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics is a strong plus.

· Fintech experience is required, in areas such as e-invoicing, tax technology, payments, procurement/P2P, lending or financial automation. Peppol, ZATCA or GST e-invoicing experience is a solid advantage.

· Hands-on technical depth, with the ability to review code, architecture and solve complex technical problems.

· Experience delivering products under tight regulatory or market deadlines.

· Prior startup experience, with a founder mindset and the ability to operate across strategy, product, technology and execution.
