Salary Package:

- Freshers: Starting CTC of ₹2.15 LPA
- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹4 LPA, depending on experience and skills

About the RoleWe are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. The ideal candidates should have good to excellent English communication skills and a willingness to learn. This role involves assisting customers, addressing their queries, managing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and productive service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide support through email, phone, and chat.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely solutions.
- Perform data entry, order processing, and documentation tasks.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Follow company procedures,



service-level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure the confidentiality of customer information.

Skills and Qualifications
- Good to excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a team.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
