Job OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on CRM & Lead Automation Specialist with practical experience in LeadSquared CRM. The person will build, manage, and optimize workflows for lead distribution, lead reassignment, email automation, and WhatsApp automation to improve response times, team productivity, and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities· Lead distribution automation: Configure rules to allocate leads by source, geography, product, team, or sales representative.

· Lead reassignment: Automate reassignment based on response-time SLAs, inactivity, lead status, ownership rules, or representative availability.

· Email automation: Build email follow-up sequences, nurturing journeys, reminders, and status-based communication.

· WhatsApp automation: Set up WhatsApp follow-ups, notifications, and engagement workflows using supported integrations and approved messaging channels.

· Workflow design: Configure triggers, conditions, actions, alerts, and lifecycle workflows in LeadSquared.

· Integrations: Connect and troubleshoot relevant email, WhatsApp, telephony, API, and third-party tools where required.

· Monitoring and optimization: Test workflows, monitor execution, resolve failures, and improve automation reliability.

· Documentation and reporting: Document automation logic and SOPs; track workflow performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications· Hands-on experience with LeadSquared CRM.

· Practical knowledge of lead distribution, routing,



and assignment rules.

· Experience building rule-based lead reassignment workflows.

· Experience with email automation and automated follow-up sequences.

· Experience implementing WhatsApp automation through supported integrations or APIs.

· Understanding of CRM triggers, conditions, actions, lead stages, and sales workflows.

· Robust troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications· Experience with LeadSquared APIs and third-party integrations.

· Familiarity with WhatsApp Business Platform and messaging providers.

· Understanding of sales funnels, lead lifecycle management, and CRM reporting.

· Experience testing automations and maintaining workflow documentation.
