About The Role Jiveesha is our paediatric health-tech venture for children with developmental and sensory differences, built on one neuroaffirming idea: change the environment, not the child.

As Creative Video

Editor you will turn that work into short-form video and visuals people actually watch — founder insights, clinician interviews and educational explainers. Day-to-day editing can be done remotely; you will be based in or near Bhubaneswar and join shoots, team meetings and creative sessions in person one to two days a week. Key responsibilities

- Edit and deliver 4–5 engaging short-form reels or videos a week — founder insights, clinician interviews and educational explainers.
- Polish every video with captions, transitions, sound effects, colour correction and graphic overlays.
- Design thumbnails, cover cards, social media creatives and other supporting visuals.
- Bring creative concepts, hooks, trending formats and ideas to content planning.
- Assist with in-person shoots — framing, camera angles and basic lighting.
- Keep visual quality and brand identity consistent across everything we publish.

What we’re looking for




- Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and mobile editors such as CapCut, VN or InShot.
- Working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- A valuable grasp of visual storytelling, colour correction, typography and layout.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the discipline to collaborate and meet deadlines.
- DaVinci Resolve, Illustrator or Figma is an added advantage.
- A strong portfolio or showreel — 0–2 years of experience; freshers with strong work are welcome.
