We’re building a media universe around art, culture, psychology, technology, and the pursuit of becoming who you are.

Intellectual Degen is the cultural engine we’re building into a media universe. Dyeus is a technology company building products around the most interesting thing in the world: yourself.

I’m the creative director. I create, I write, I direct. The voice is mine.

I’m looking for someone who can turn an ambitious creative vision into a machine that actually runs.

What you’ll do

Build the system. Turn ideas, essays, conversations, and cultural observations into a repeatable creative production pipeline.

Run the machine. Own production workflows, publishing, and distribution across Instagram, X, Substack, and beyond.

Produce the work. Research, write, storyboard, brief, edit, and coordinate creators to ship work worth putting our names on.

Grow the universe. Develop formats, experiment with distribution, find collaborators, and build an audience that genuinely cares.

- Scale the operation. Build processes, recruit creative talent, and help turn a founder-led creative practice into a functioning media ecosystem.

You’d be doing all of it and none of it.

I want your ideas, your instincts, and eventually your independent judgment. But creative ownership and creative direction aren’t the same thing.

The vision is mine. Your job is to make it real, make it better, and make it scale.

What you’re walking into

50,000 words of doctrine, written before the company existed.

A worldview combining pop culture, Jung, streetwear, Vedic astrology, One Piece, neuroscience, philosophy, and much more.

I make original music. I design clothes.



I write about everything from Indian civilisation to the psychology of becoming yourself.

This is a creative studio, not a conventional content job.

And I create every day, so you’ll never be waiting on material.

Who I’m looking for

Someone with exceptional taste, an internet-native brain, and the organisational ability to turn creative chaos into consistent output.

Someone who understands culture beyond what’s trending, knows what makes content spread, and can move between developing an idea and getting it published.

You don’t need an impressive résumé. You need initiative, resourcefulness, good instincts, and an unreasonable appetite for making things happen.

Where this goes

Over time, you start making calls I would make, without asking.

You absorb the taste, the aesthetic, the instincts, until the gap between my judgment and yours is small enough that nothing slows down when I’m not in the room.

That’s the ambition for this role.

I move quick, I change direction, and I’d rather kill a piece than ship it at eighty percent.
