About the Role

Genres Ad. Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced, visionary Creative Head to spearhead our creative direction, brand campaigns, and visual storytelling. In this role, you will lead our creative team, bridge client business objectives with high-impact design solutions, and elevate brand communications across digital, print, and advertising media.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Creative Strategy & Concept Development:

- Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, and brand communication strategies.
- Create innovative concepts for digital campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Translate client briefs and business objectives into impactful creative solutions.

2. Branding & Visual Communication:

- Maintain brand identity, visual consistency, and creative quality.
- Supervise graphic design, social media creatives, brochures, presentations, and advertising materials.
- Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

3. Team Leadership & Client Management:

- Lead and mentor the creative team, allocate tasks,



and manage deadlines.
- Present creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Incorporate feedback while maintaining creative quality and project objectives.

4· Quality Control & Performance Improvement:

- Review and approve creative outputs before publication.
- Monitor creative performance, audience engagement, and advertising results.
- Develop fresh concepts based on market trends, competitor activity, and audience insights.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of demonstrable creative leadership experience.

Preferred Qualification: Graduates from reputed design and creative institutions in India, such as NID, IIT Bombay (IDC), NIFT, Srishti Manipal, MIT Institute of Design, and Lovely Professional University (LPU), with relevant specialisations in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Arts, or Multimedia, will have an added advantage.
