Role Description The Study Abroad Counselor will provide end-to-end guidance to students and professionals exploring international education options. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida involves conducting counseling sessions, understanding individual academic and career goals, and recommending suitable countries, institutions, and programs. The counselor will assist with application processes, documentation, timelines, and follow-ups, while coordinating with universities, partners, and internal teams.

Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries,



maintaining accurate records in internal systems, organizing information sessions or workshops, and ensuring a positive and informative experience for every prospective applicant.

Qualifications

- Strong counseling and advisory skills, including the ability to understand academic goals and recommend appropriate study abroad options.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students, families, and institutional partners.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple applications, deadlines, and documentation requirements.
- Familiarity with international education systems, admission processes, visas, and scholarship opportunities is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with using digital tools, CRM or student management systems, and basic office software for data tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a qualified, inclusive, and student-focused approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, counseling, or related fields is an advantage.
- Prior experience in study abroad counseling, academic advising, or education consulting is preferred but not mandatory.
