Role Description The CPL Web Delivery Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing CPL (cost-per-lead) web campaigns across Adsflicker’s network of publishers. Day-to-day tasks include configuring tracking links, validating lead quality, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring campaigns meet performance and compliance standards.

The specialist will analyze campaign data, identify optimization opportunities, generate regular performance reports, and collaborate with account managers to support client objectives. The role also involves troubleshooting delivery issues,



maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of web delivery processes.

Qualifications

- Experience with online advertising, performance marketing, or affiliate marketing, especially CPL or CPA campaigns.
- Strong analytical abilities, including comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting dashboards.
- Basic understanding of web technologies such as URLs, tracking parameters, cookies, and pixels is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with partners.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and maintain a structured, dependable full time work schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in ad operations, campaign management, or web delivery in an ad-tech environment is an advantage.
