Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates and BOQs for PEB and steel construction projects.
Analyze structural drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Estimate material quantities, fabrication, erection, and installation costs.
Obtain and compare vendor quotations for materials and services.
Prepare cost sheets, techno-commercial proposals, and tender submissions.
Coordinate with design, purchase, production, and project teams.
Use ERP software for estimation, costing, material tracking, and related project data.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure estimation accuracy.
Required Skills: Experience in steel construction/PEB, ERP software, AutoCAD drawings, MS Excel, BOQ preparation, and cost analysis.
