Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Copywriter to join our team. As a Copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting clear, compelling, and persuasive copy that drives engagement and supports our marketing objectives. Your role will involve producing content for a variety of platforms, including digital ads, social media, email campaigns, website copy, and print materials. The ideal candidate will have a knack for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field,



or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience as a Copywriter or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of writing samples.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt writing style to various audiences and brand voices.
- Strong research skills and the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content management systems is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in scriptwriting for digital videos, campaigns, and reels.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) is advantageous.
- Experience with analytics tools for measuring content performance is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Write engaging scripts for reels, videos, campaigns, and other digital content.
- Develop creative captions, social media copy, advertisements, headlines, and promotional content.
- Research industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to develop relevant content ideas.
- Adapt writing styles and brand voice according to client requirements.
- Follow creative briefs, references, and feedback to ensure quality and consistency.
- Edit and proofread content before submission.
- Collaborate with creative, social media, and marketing teams to deliver assignments on time.
- Coordinate task updates and handovers to maintain a smooth workflow during the night shift.
