Job Summary

We’re looking for a creative Copywriter to join our Brand Marketing team. You’ll help communicate our voice AI offerings to engineers, technical founders, product teams, and enterprise decision-makers through campaigns, landing pages, content, videos and events. You’ll need imagination, strong writing craft, and the judgment to balance creative expression with the sophistication and credibility expected of an enterprise technology brand.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop creative ideas and campaigns. Contribute concepts, hooks, and narratives for campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and content.

● Write website and landing page copy. Develop website copy for our offerings, use cases, and case studies, including headlines, product benefits, proof points, and calls to action. Collaborate with product and design to create a clear page narrative that encourages sign-ups or demo requests.

● Make technical capabilities meaningful. Translate capabilities such as latency, concurrency, voice quality and multilingual support into transparent, accurate messages. Connect these strengths to what developers and businesses can build or achieve.

● Write across channels. Create copy for ads, emails, videos, case studies, events and other brand collateral.

● Create communication for events. Contribute ideas and copy for builder meetups, hackathons, masterclasses,



and conferences.

● Build product and customer stories. Help turn research, benchmarks, and customer outcomes into narratives for case studies, presentations, conference talks and thought leadership.

Qualifications

● Writing experience. 2 years of experience in copywriting. Excellent command of English, an instinct for sharp headlines and natural dialogue, and strong writing and editing skills. SaaS or B2B experience is preferred.

● Creativity with sophistication. The ability to bring original ideas and distinctive writing to every brief while maintaining the clarity, polish, and credibility expected of an enterprise technology brand. Strong judgment in concept, tone, humor, and storytelling across formats.

● Curiosity about technology. An interest in learning how voice AI and agents work and explaining their value clearly. The ability to simplify complex subjects while preserving accuracy and relevance to the audience.

● Versatility across formats. A portfolio demonstrating clear writing, creative thinking, and the ability to adapt across formats such as landing pages, campaign copy, scripts, and case studies.

● Ownership. Own briefs from start to finish, coordinating with other teams and taking responsibility for the final output.
