? What Youll Do:

✅ Manage Salesforce deployments using Copado CI/CD

✅ Handle user stories, promotions, deployments, and back-promotions

✅ Coordinate releases across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments

✅ Troubleshoot deployment failures, Apex test issues, and Git merge conflicts

✅ Support production releases and post-deployment validation

✅ Manage release notes, deployment checklists, and rollback plans

✅ Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and client stakeholders

?️ Skills Were Looking For:

? 4+ years of Salesforce experience

? Hands-on experience with Copado CI/CD

? Strong knowledge of Salesforce metadata and deployment processes

? Experience with Git, branching, merging, and conflict resolution





? Familiarity with Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, and permission sets

? Knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket

? Good communication and client-coordination skills

⭐ Positive to Have:

✔️ Copado Certification

✔️ Salesforce Administrator / Platform Developer I Certification

✔️ Salesforce CLI and Salesforce DX experience

✔️ Experience working in Agile teams
