We also build our own SaaS products, including Wiser AI, a Shopify app trusted by 5,000+ brands worldwide to improve product discovery, recommendations, and upselling.

We're looking for a creative and experienced Content Writer who can create engaging, well-researched content for our products, websites, marketing campaigns, and client projects.

What You'll Do

- Write high-quality SEO blogs, articles, website content, and landing pages.
- Create content for Wiser AI, Expert Village Media, and our clients.
- Write product-related content, feature announcements, case studies, and success stories.
- Create engaging copy for social media, LinkedIn, newsletters, and email campaigns.
- Research topics related to Shopify, eCommerce, AI, SaaS, and digital marketing.
- Work with the SEO and marketing teams on content strategies and keyword research.
- Optimize existing content to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
- Understand client businesses and create content that matches their brand voice and audience.
- Use AI writing and research tools effectively while ensuring the final content is original, accurate, and natural.

What We're Looking For





- 2–5 years of professional content writing experience.
- Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Good understanding of SEO and keyword optimization.
- Experience writing for SaaS, technology, eCommerce, or digital marketing brands.
- Ability to research unfamiliar topics and turn complex ideas into simple, engaging content.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other content research tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Robust attention to detail and a creative approach to storytelling.

Good to Have

- Experience writing content for Shopify apps or eCommerce brands.
- Knowledge of content optimization for AI search engines (GEO/AEO).
- Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Experience creating case studies, product marketing content, and conversion-focused website copy.
