Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Writer role based in Mandya.

The Content

Writer will develop clear, engaging copy for digital channels, including websites, social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials.

Responsibilities include researching client industries, crafting brand-aligned messaging, and collaborating with designers, strategists, and video teams to create cohesive campaigns. The role involves adapting tone and style for different audiences, proofreading and editing content for accuracy and consistency, and contributing ideas to content calendars and creative concepts.

Writer will also help refine brand voice guidelines and support continuous improvement of content quality and performance.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in content and copywriting for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Experience in branding and storytelling, with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling narratives.
- Proficiency in research and fact-checking to create accurate, relevant, and audience-focused content.
- Solid editing and proofreading skills, with attention to grammar, style, and brand consistency.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as audience engagement, SEO basics, and content performance metrics.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional creative teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in an agency or creative environment is preferred but not mandatory.
