Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and maintain business requirements.
- Create process flows, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Support backlog refinement and sprint planning activities.
- Partner with developers and QA teams to answer functional questions.
- Track project deliverables and maintain requirement traceability.
- Assist with testing preparation and validation activities.
- Identify business process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Prepare stakeholder presentations and documentation.
Qualifications
- Insurance industry OR IDP experience
- Contract lifecycle (CLM) experience
- 4+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Robust analytical and documentation skills.
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools.
Financial services or insurance experience preferred.
