About PhionikePhionike is a research-led design and strategy studio working across products, brands, digital experiences and AI-enabled workflows. We partner with startups and growing companies to create thoughtful products, brands and experiences.

We are looking for a Content Marketing Intern who enjoys writing, researching, understanding brands and turning ideas into content people genuinely want to read and engage with.

This is a hands-on role. You will work closely with our founders and design team and learn how a growing design studio builds its brand, showcases its work and connects with its audience.

What you will work onSocial media

- Plan and create content for Phionike’s LinkedIn and Instagram
- Write posts, captions, hooks and short-form content
- Create content around design, products, branding, technology and industry trends
- Help maintain an active and consistent social presence

Blogs and website

- Research and write articles about design, UX, branding, products and technology
- Support website and portfolio content development
- Turn project insights and design work into compelling stories
- Research topics that strengthen organic reach and SEO

Content and marketing

- Develop content ideas and campaign concepts
- Support thought-leadership content for the founders and team
- Contribute to newsletters, outreach content and marketing communication
- Identify relevant trends,



conversations and content opportunities

Research

- Research companies, industries, competitors and design trends
- Find helpful insights and topics that can be turned into content
- Understand what different audiences are discussing and help make it relevant to Phionike

What we are looking for
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A solid command of English
- Genuine interest in writing, research and content creation
- Ability to adapt content for different platforms and audiences
- A good understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram
- Curiosity about design, startups, technology, brands and digital products
- Ability to simplify complex ideas and turn them into engaging content
- Strong attention to detail
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
- Students, fresh graduates and candidates with 0-1 year of experience are welcome
