We’re looking for a Content Creator & Editor who can capture the energy, people, spaces and culture of Tribe and turn everyday moments into strong social content.

This is a hands-on creative role - someone who can shoot, edit and create, not just manage content.

What You’ll Do

- Shoot photo and video content across our properties, events, F&B;, rooms, community and lifestyle.
- Create Reels, short-form videos, stories and social-first content.
- Edit videos from raw footage to final output - cuts, transitions, music, subtitles, colour correction and basic sound.
- Capture candid, natural lifestyle content rather than overly staged hotel content.
- Cover weekly events, activations, collaborations and community moments.
- Create content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Work from monthly content calendars and creative briefs.
- Adapt trending formats and cultural moments to the Tribe brand.
- Organise and maintain the brand's photo/video content library.
- Work closely with the Brand Manager, Marketing Executive and Community team.
- Support campaign shoots,



influencer collaborations and larger productions when required.
- Deliver content quickly when something is happening right now.

What We’re Looking For

- Solid eye for fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, culture, music and people.
- Excellent short-form video editing skills.
- Comfortable shooting on both phone and camera.
- Good understanding of Instagram/Reels and current content trends.
- Experience with Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or similar.
- Basic photo editing/colour grading skills.
- Able to work independently and turn a simple brief into finished content.
- Comfortable working around events, nightlife and occasionally outside standard office hours.
- Portfolio or social content examples are more important than qualifications.
