By making complex consensus behavior more accessible and observable, Solana Consensus Lab helps users better understand, analyze, and improve Solana-based systems.

Role Description The Content Creator will develop clear, engaging, and technically accurate content that explains Solana consensus mechanics, simulation features, and platform updates to a broad audience. Day-to-day responsibilities include producing articles, tutorials, social media posts, and visual assets; collaborating with engineers and researchers to translate complex concepts into accessible narratives; and maintaining consistent messaging across digital channels. The role also involves organizing documentation, updating educational materials, and supporting community engagement through content tailored to developers, researchers, and blockchain learners.

Qualifications





- Ability to create technical and educational content (e.g., articles, blog posts, guides) that explains complex blockchain and consensus topics clearly and accurately.
- Experience with content planning and organization, including basic content strategy, editorial calendars, and structuring documentation or learning resources.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to clarity, tone, and consistency across different formats and platforms.
- Familiarity with digital communication channels (e.g., blogs, newsletters, social media) and best practices for engaging technical and non-technical audiences.
- Interest in or exposure to blockchain technology, distributed systems, or developer tools; willingness to learn Solana-specific concepts in depth.
- Comfort collaborating remotely with technical teams, managing deadlines, and working independently in a quick-evolving environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; prior experience creating content for developer or research communities is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Technical Writing, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
