Role Description The Construction Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves overseeing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, scheduling, and supervising construction activities to ensure timely and quality completion.

The Construction Project

Manager will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, manage budgets and resources, and monitor compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards. The role also includes tracking project progress, preparing status reports, managing risk and issue resolution,



and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Construction Project Management skills to lead and deliver complex construction projects.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Coordination skills to manage stakeholders, schedules, and day-to-day site activities.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting and Construction Management skills to control costs, allocate resources, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Candidates should possess general Construction Management and Project Management skills to oversee planning, execution, and project closeout.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing residential or commercial construction projects, ideally in an in office leadership capacity.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety standards, and local building regulations in Bengaluru.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and team leadership abilities.
