Role Description The Consultant role at Cnox is a full time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The Consultant will work closely with entrepreneurs, students, and partner organizations to assess needs, design tailored solutions, and support venture development. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, facilitating workshops or strategy sessions, and providing analytical insights on business models, market opportunities, and growth plans.

The role involves collaborating with internal teams to connect members with relevant resources, investment channels, and mentorship networks.



The Consultant is also expected to prepare reports and presentations, track outcomes, and contribute to continuous improvement of Cnox’s programs and services.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess business models, market potential, and operational challenges.
- Experience in consulting, entrepreneurship, or startup advisory, with the ability to guide early-stage and growing ventures.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for conducting consultations, leading workshops, and presenting recommendations.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including students, founders, and organizational partners.
- Comfort working in a community-focused, quick-paced environment with evolving priorities and multiple concurrent projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
- Familiarity with innovation ecosystems, incubators, accelerators, or investment networks is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with standard productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and basic data analysis.
