Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Computer Vision Engineer.

The Computer Vision

Engineer will design, develop, and optimize computer vision models and pipelines that power AI-driven solutions for client workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and prototyping algorithms, training and evaluating models, preparing datasets, and integrating computer vision components into production systems in partnership with software engineering teams. The role also involves collaborating with product and data teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, monitoring model performance, and iterating on solutions based on real-world feedback.

The Computer Vision

Engineer will document methods, contribute to code reviews, and help define best practices for scalable and reliable computer vision applications.

Qualifications





- Strong foundation in computer vision and machine learning, including experience with image processing, feature extraction, and deep learning-based vision models (e.g., CNNs, object detection, segmentation).
- Proficiency in programming for AI solutions, such as Python and relevant libraries or frameworks (e.g., OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience with data preparation and model deployment, including dataset curation, annotation workflows, and integrating models into production environments or APIs.
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control, testing, and collaborative development in remote, distributed teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and clearly communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with real-world business use cases in AI, data, or workflow optimization is a plus.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setting, managing priorities, and contributing to a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous learning.
