We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer for manufacturing precision components used in the Oil & Gas industry, particularly float equipment.

Key Re sponsibilities

*Develop

,edit, and optimize CNC programs as per engineering drawings and technical specifications.*Ensure m achining accuracy, product quality, and adherence to production targets.*Interpre t engineering drawings, dimensional tolerances, and machining requirements.*Select a ppropriate cutting tools and machining parameters to improve productivity and efficiency.*Troubles hoot programming and machining issues and minimize production downtime.*Coordina te with Production and Quality teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Require d Skills & Qualifications:





*Relevan texperience in CNC programming and machining operations.*Working knowledge of Oil & Gas industry products and thread specifications, including BTC, LTC, STC, Stub Acme, and 8RD.*Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.*Knowledg e of CNC machine setup, tooling selection, and precision measuring instruments.*Familiar ity with relevant threading standards and inspection requirements is preferred.
