ABOUT RAMBHAJO BY ADVIT JEWELS
Established in 1921, Rambhajo by Advit Jewels is a heritage jewellery house based in Jaipur, celebrated for its exceptional craftsmanship in Jadau, Polki, Kundan and Meenakari jewellery. With a legacy spanning generations, the brand combines traditional artistry with contemporary design sensibilities, catering to discerning clientele across domestic and international markets.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Stylist to own the visual presentation of our jewellery across campaigns, bridal lookbooks, catalogues, e-commerce, social media, and retail displays.
This is a specialised styling role. The candidate should be capable of developing a creative concept, executing it on set, and delivering finished visual assets while maintaining a consistent brand language across all collections.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative Direction
•Develop concepts, mood boards, colour palettes, and styling briefs for each collection and campaign.
•Translate collection narratives and design intent into a transparent, executable visual direction.
•Track bridal, couture, and fine jewellery trends across Indian and international markets.
- Jewellery & Shoot Styling
•Style jewellery for model, still-life, and catalogue shoots, including placement, layering, and neck, ear, and hand styling.
•Select and style apparel, drapes, textiles, props, and surfaces that complement each piece.
•Direct composition, lighting mood, and posing on set alongside the photographer, maintaining continuity across the collection.
- Shoot Planning & Coordination
•Plan the shoot calendar with merchandising and marketing, and circulate briefs and shot lists in advance.
•Coordinate models, photographers, hair and make-up artists, and vendors, including casting and fittings.
•Oversee the movement of jewellery to and from set in line with inventory and security protocols, and keep each shoot within schedule and budget.
- Content & Brand Consistency
•Style content for social media, website, e-commerce listings, exhibitions, and retail displays.
•Shortlist and finalise images, and brief retouching for skin, metal, stone, and shadow.
•Document styling guidelines and maintain an organised archive of props, wardrobe, and past shoot assets.

•Understand how fine jewellery photographs, including metal tones, stone reflection, and shadow.
•Be able to direct a crew on set and handle high-value jewellery with care and accountability.
•Be willing to travel for shoots and to work extended hours through the wedding and festive season.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
•Degree or diploma in fashion styling, fashion design, fashion communication, or visual merchandising (NIFT, Pearl Academy, NID, IICD, or equivalent).
•2–5 years of styling experience with a jewellery, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brand, studio, or creative agency.
•Experience in the jewellery, bridal, or luxury retail industry will be preferred.
•A portfolio of styled shoots is mandatory, with the candidate’s specific contribution to each clearly stated. Exceptional practical expertise may be considered regardless of academic background.
IMPORTANT ROLE CLARIFICATION
This is a specialised styling position. The role focuses on:
Concept Development → Mood Boards → Product & Wardrobe Styling → On-Set Direction → Image Selection → Final Asset Delivery
Jewellery-industry knowledge is an advantage, but styling capability and creative judgement remain the core requirements. This is not a graphic design, photography, or social media management role.

•Timely completion of every scheduled shoot, within budget
•Accurate handling and documentation of jewellery on set
