Chesta Bathware Pvt. Ltd., a manufacturer of brass faucets and bath fittings based in Jamnagar, Gujarat, is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for machining operations.
- Create and manage G-code and M-code programs.
- Set up and operate CNC machines as required.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and machining specifications.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, speeds, and feeds.
- Optimize machining processes to improve cycle time, productivity, and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
- Coordinate with the production and machining teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain quality standards and minimize machining rejections.
- Continuously improve CNC machining processes and tool utilization.

What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience in CNC programming and machining.
- Valuable knowledge of G-code, M-code, and CAM software.




- Ability to read and understand technical/mechanical drawings.
- Experience with tool selection, fixture planning, and cycle-time optimization.
- Experience in brass or metal machining will be preferred.
- Practical knowledge of CNC machining processes and troubleshooting.
- Candidates with relevant manufacturing experience will be given preference.
