We are looking for a passionate and proactive COMMUNITY MANAGER to lead our Discord channel at FXStreet. This is a pivotal, hands-on role: you will build the community from zero and own what it becomes. Your primary focus will be to launch, grow, and protect this community, turning conversation into retention and organic product adoption.

We're looking for a COMMUNITY MANAGER and ACTIVE TRADER who understands the markets from the inside and knows how traders behave online, who thrives on building authentic engagement, and has a keen eye for sparking meaningful conversations.

As our COMMUNITY MANAGER you will be the authentic voice and insightful ears of FXStreet within our Discord community, fostering a vibrant, engaged, and trustworthy space for traders.

*ROLE TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

1-Community Launch & Engagement

- Own the Discord community launch end-to-end: channel structure, roles, permissions..
- Be present throughout the trading week, run recurring formats, and promote active members into moderator and contributor roles.
- Design and launch a loyalty program that rewards engagement and retention within the channel.
- Promote FXStreet's key products organically and naturally within conversations, without turning the channel into an ads feed.

2-Moderation & Trust

- Write and enforce house rules, define entry and posting requirements, and document escalation paths before they are needed.
- Manage the community through negative moments, including when the market moves against a public call.

3-Content & Analyst Collaboration

- Schedule and host regular sessions with our analysts, and turn published analysis into conversation that members carry on themselves.




- Run live community activity around high-impact market events, scheduled against the economic calendar.

4-Monitoring & Reporting

- Monitor community engagement and sentiment, and report regularly on what is working and what is not.
- Bring member feedback back to the product team, acting as the closest link between users and the company.

*DESIRED PROFILE

- Proven Trading experience, hands-on trading experience on your own account (a funded account, or a prop firm challenge) with a solid understanding of trading instruments, leverage, and risk management.
- Experience managing an online community, ideally on Discord and for a trading, finance, or prop firm brand.
- Education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Hands-on Discord administration: roles, permissions, verification, bots, and moderation
- Experience with other community platforms such as Reddit, WhatsApp, or Telegram
- Familiarity with community analytics, engagement reporting, and scheduling or publishing tools.
- Exceptional English communication Skills (written and verbal)
- Proactive, empathetic, calm under pressure, organized, and a solid sense of ownership.

- Full time Freelance collaboration agreement
- 100% remote work
- 40h/week (from Monday to Friday)
- Working time hours depending on candidate's country home (in accordance with live coverage of high-impact market events )
